From the heart of Amman, Jordan, Salam Abualhayjaa is redefining what it means to dream beyond Earth.

As the Founder & CEO of MENA (Middle East & North Africa) — a woman-led non-profit dedicated to STEM education and space training — Salam is on a mission to ignite the next generation of explorers across the region.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Salam has designed 8+ advanced spacesuits for analog missions and life-support environments. Her journey is as bold as her vision: to bring space science to underserved communities, train future astronauts, and push the boundaries of human potential.
